The NZX has recently updated the look and content of the Issuer pages on the NZX website.
One of the biggest changes is the introduction of a new Analysis section. This includes an Overview of the Company and a Performance section which consists of commentary from the Company's most recent interim or annual report.
The Overview and Performance commentary that appears on the Analysis page is at the discretion of the Issuer. However, if you have not submitted feedback on this information to the NZX, then their team would have compiled this based on information at hand.
We think it is important that all Issuers review the content in the Analysis section carefully, and if required, submit updated copy to the NZX. spice communications group is happy to help you review and create content for the analysis section.
The NZX are working on a log in system which will allow Issuers to update the Analysis page directly, but in the meantime, all requests for content updates can be sent to your NZX client liaison contact.
We think this is a great initiative from the NZX to provide valuable and educational Company information to the investment market.
